With the Ruhr conurbation becoming the European Capital of Culture, the year 2010 is very special for us at krankikom.
Throughout the year, the region’s sense of identity will be celebrated with a wide range of artistic projects, actions and events. We chose to locate our company in this region because it’s such a fascinating area and because change and reconstruction provide fertile soil for an innovative business.
As a sponsor, krankikom is supporting one of RUHR.2010’s main projects, the “SchachtZeichen”: 350 yellow balloons mark both the sites of old mine shafts and the sites of current art events, thus making this region's complexity and diversity readly visible.
